- Pay the next month in cash by the end of the previous month. If delayed, delay damage money will be generated.
- Requesting for departure
- Remittance must be notified in writing one month in advance. Even if you move out within one month from the offer, you will incur a monthly rent from the submission deadline.
If there is a visitor wishing to enter the share house, fill in the date and time, name, visitor's name, etc. in the prescribed visitor note. - Those not included in the room charge are as follows

- detergent, shampoo, tissues etc all provided. Please note that we can not assume any responsibility even when trouble such as use by other people occurs. Personal objects placed in common areas may be used by others.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Please note that someone who smokes in the share house may need additional cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in the designated space.
- Every day the staff will clean the sharing department, but people who live in the share house are also also required to tidy up after themselves. Please be respectful of others when speaking loudly or on the phone or with others as to try and not to disturb others. Please try to be able to live comfortably with each other in spaces such as the living room and joint space on basement floor as much as possible.
